Dressers
Our
versatile range of Wheel Dressers, which
include Radius Dressers and Angle Dressers,
can be used for die making, for tool making,
for production type processes like Spline
Grinding and Broach Making, etc. and also
in the tool room.
The
Radius Dresser can dress wheels upto 25
mm concave/convex radius and the Angle
Dresser is of swiveling type and can dress
from 0° to 360°. Their compact
and space saving design makes them convenient
and easy to use. Also they have a high
quality construction which ensures that
they have a long and trouble free life.
These attachments can be mounted on the
bed, the slide or the spindle of the machine.
The different models available are suitable
for various machines like Surface Grinders,
Tool & Cutter Grinders, Internal Grinders,
Cylindrical Grinders, etc.
These
attachments are also available in special
combined angle and Radius Dressing Models
for Spline Grinding or Broach Making.
In
addition to the above, we also manufacture
Grinding Attachments like Universal Workhead
for Re-Sharpening of Cutting Tools, Radius
Grinding Attachment for ball nose Radius
Cutters, Cylindrical Grinding Attachment
and a wide range of Horizontal and Vertical
Indexing Attachments. Related Attachments
like rotary tables and dividing heads
are also under development.
We
also make small ‘Precision' Milling
Machines which have Horizontal and Vertical
models and are available with manual or
hydraulic movement for production oriented
jobs.
